The engagement session exists exactly for that: so that on your wedding day, you don’t even remember there’s a camera following you everywhere, and so we can capture those photos you’ve dreamed of to fill that empty corner in your living room decor.

Experience tells us that the couples with the most natural photos on their wedding day aren’t necessarily the most photogenic. They are the ones who did an engagement session beforehand!

In one late afternoon, lasting 1-2 hours, you’ll be able to learn how I work. At the same time, I learn how you move, what makes you laugh, and which is each person’s best side.

The result: a chemistry that is noticeable in every photograph on the wedding day. And no, you don’t need to know how to pose. That is my job: to direct you to get the best results.

How it Works

  • DURATION: 1h30 to 2h, at the end of the day.
  • LOCATION: We choose together! It can be a place with special meaning to you, or I can suggest my favorites in Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, or wherever makes sense.
  • THE VIBE: No forced poses. High spirits. Maybe a coffee or wine afterwards.
  • DELIVERY: 40-80 edited photographs, in 1 to 2 weeks.

Being 100% honest: Yes, if you want to celebrate your engagement with incredible photos and gain an extra boost of confidence with the camera before the “I do.” But it can also be a No, if your only fear is not knowing how to “pose.” With over 25 years of experience, our working method ensures that anyone looks good in any photo, instantly and naturally. The decision is yours.

Ideally, 30 to 60 days before your wedding date. But we are always flexible.

It all depends on the final result you want to convey.
In the days before the photoshoot, we will be happy to talk with you and guide you so you choose the best options. This way, we always ensure you get the most out of your pre-wedding photo session.

We always have a preference for our area (Cascais).
Around here, we have infinite possibilities (countryside, city, beach scenarios…)!
However, we are always available to talk if there is a special place for you.

Our engagement sessions usually take 1h30 to 2h, and we prefer to do them at the end of the day during the week. We deliver on average 40 to 80 edited photos, ready to use as you wish. Additionally, we have a wide range of printing options at your disposal, from our magnificent albums to individual museum-quality prints.
